When you place your order, you are provided with three delivery options, standard, express and next-day delivery.

We work only Monday to Friday and not at the weekends; we also cut off our same-day despatch at 3 pm for items off the shelf and 1 pm for made-to-measure products.

So providing you select next-day delivery on a weekday before 3 pm, you will receive your order the following day.

But, if you order on a Friday evening or over the weekend and select next-day delivery, your order won't be processed until the next working day (Monday, excluding bank holidays), so you will receive your order on Tuesday.

The table below assumes that you have ordered before our cut off times, displayed above.

The table above is just an example. We use several couriers, who we use is determined by the size of the carton, the weight and the value of the order, and different couriers work at different times.

For example, Parcelforce doesn't tend to deliver at weekends, and they stop deliveries at around 6 pm. However, FDL delivers seven days a week, including weekends and bank holidays, so they would normally deliver much quicker.
